WBG Java Crow Express - June 23, 2018

A beautiful sunny day here in Minnesota. There was not enough riders for the WBG Java Jive but Edward did the route anyhow. Richard, Jim, and Edward did the WBG Java Crow Express and Edward went on to do the TCBC Cruizn the Crow Dakota Style. Richard went on to Excelsior and Jim rode straight back. We had a nice surprise with Marc showing up in Wayzata. He is on injured reserve with a heel spur that has been bothering him. Great to see Marc as he has been off for a month.

Temperature average of 23C with wind out of the SW at 7 KPH. Humidity at 50% and dew-point at 14C.

WBG Java Crow Express - June 9, 2018

A rainy day but we thought we could at least get in the WBG Java Crow Express without getting wet. The WBG Java Jive was cancelled because it was raining at 07:00 but had cleared by 08:30. The forecast was wrong as it was raining when we got to Wayzata. Cruzin' The Crow was cancelled.

Richard, Mark, and Jim went on to Excelsior and Edward went back in with the Greg, Steve, and their group. Unfortunately Edward had some frame damage after going through a bumpy part of the road going back to downtown Minneapolis.

Temperature average of 18C with wind out of the E at 15 KPH. Humidity at 77% and dew-point at 17C.

WBG Java Crow Express - May 12, 2018

A cool partially sunny then cloudy day here in the Northland. We had four riders on the WBG Java Crow Express. Picture in Wayzata, Minnesota shows Marc, Edward, and Richard. Jim was the photographer. Marc went back via Excelsior, Marc led the long Cruzin' The Crow, Jim road back, and Edward did the short Cruzin' The Crow using the Dakota Trail.

Today was the Fulton Grand Fondo and we left from the North Loop 30 minutes before their official start at 09:00 so no interaction until coming back into town.

Temperature average of only 12C with wind from the E at 16 KPH. Humidity at 35% and dew-point at 1C.

WBG Java Crow Express - May 5, 2018

Very nice day and good turnout with 6 riders today. Andi and Peggy went on to do the TCBC Cruzin The Crow, Richard went to Excelsior then back in, and Jim, Dave, and Edward rode back in, although on different routes.

WBG Java Crow Express - October 14, 2017

It was supposed to rain late morning but it turned into a very nice but cool ride even with a little sun! Only Richard, Marc, and Edward were on the WBG Java Crow Express and there was no TCBC Crusin' The Crow ride. Marc and Edward went on to do the Excelsior Loop and Richard headed back into town. Average temperature of 9C but it was as low as 6C earlier in the ride. Wind was from the E at 16 KPH, humidity at 55% and dew-point at 1C.

WBG Java Jive and Java Crow Express - September 30, 2017

A cold morning for the last WBG Java Jive of the season. There were 3 of us on the ride with 1 going on to do the WBG Java Crow Express joined by 3 others.

Temperature average of only 7C with wind out of the SE at 9 KPH. Humidity at 83% and dew point at 6C.

WBG Java Jive and Java Crow Express - September 23, 2017

An unseasonably hot and humid day here in the Twin Cities. We had 2 riders on the WBG Java Jive and 5 riders on the WBG Java Crow Express. We were also joined by three other riders on the Crow Express who were not TCBC riders.

Temperature average of 24C but with minimum temperature of 20C and maximum at 34C. Wind was from the SSW at 15 KPH and humidity at 75%. The dew-point was 21C.

WBG Java Jive and Java Crow Express - September 16 & 9, 2017

An on and off again rainy day here in the northland. Temperatures also much lower than forecast. We had 2 riders on the WBG Java Jive and 4 on the WBG Java Crow Express and 2 of us went on to do the extended WBG Java Crow Express out to Ruby's in Mayer. There was no TCBC Cruisin' The Crow ride today.

Temperature average of 17C average but with range from 13 - 25C. Wind was from the SW at 11 KPH. Humidity at 67% with dew-point at 18C.

WBG Java All Club Ride Express - September 2, 2017

A changing weather day for the WBG Java All Club Express and 162K TCBC All Club Ride. We had 7 riders with 6 of them going on to do one of the several distances on the club ride.

Temperature average of 22C but low of 15C at the start and high in the middle of the afternoon of 28C. The temperature actually cooled as the afternoon went on. Also wind started in the SW to WSW to W to WNW and finally to NW. Humidity went from 78% in the morning to 39% in the afternoon. Dew-point went from 14C to 11C and wind speed was about 11 KPH in the morning amd 22 KPH in the afternoon, no matter the wind direction.

Join the Warehouse Bicycling Group (WBG) at the North Loop Dunn Brothers above the Cedar Lake Trail in the Warehouse District of downtown Minneapolis for a ride to the TCBC All Club Ride. Details regarding the ride are at the TCBC Calendar Page under the ride at this link:
