WBG Java Crow Express - October 29, 2016

A cool humid morning but we dodged the rain that was coming in from the south and west. Temperature average of 10C with humidity at 83% and the dew point at 9C. Wind was out of the NW at 12 KPH.

We had five riders on the WBG Java Crow Express. Pictured left to right are Edward, Jerry, Marc, and Richard. Jim is not pictured as he is our official photographer. The TCBC Cruisin' The Crow was cancelled due to the impending rain so we all rode back into town together.

WBG Java Crow Express - October 22, 2016

There were four riders on the WBG Java Crow Express today. Richard was the ride leader and he was joined by Jim and two guest riders, Scott and Andrea.

The average temp was 6C and the wind was out of the SE at 8 KPH. Humidity was 77% and the dew point was 5C.

WBG Java Crow Express - October 15, 2016

A cool humid morning with temperature average of 16C. Humidity at 85% with dew point at 16C. Wind was out of the SSW at 24 KPH.

There was 6 riders on the WBG Java Crow Express this morning. Pictured left to right are Edward, Marc, Richard, Phuong, and Heng. Matt is not pictured. None of us did TCBC Crusin' The Crow. Marc did an extra ride out to Excelsior and the rest of us went back.

WBG Java Crow Express - October 8, 2016

A very cool day with average temperature of only 6C. The silver lining was the wind speed was only 8 KPH from the NW. Humidity was 45% with a dew point of -2C.

There were three of us on the WBG Java Crow Express today. Richard, Jim, and Edward. Edward did the TCBC Cruisin' The Crow and Richard and Jim went back to Minneapolis. Pictured from left to right are Richard and Edward. As usual, Jim did not want his picture taken but did take the picture! We are not sure if Jim is under a witness protection order or if he works for the NSA. Of course we don't even know if his real name is Jim! Ha...

WBG Java Crow Express - September 24, 2016

A very humid and cool day with average temperature of 18C. Humidity at 80% with dew point at 16C. Wind from the SE at 23 KPH.

We had four riders today Richard, Marc, Peter, and Edward. Richard and Marc rode back and Peter and Edward did the TCBC Cruisin' The Crow.

WBG Java Crow Express - September 17, 2016

An overcast and very humid cool morning here in Minnesota. Temperature only averaged 14C but humidity was at 87% with a dew point also of 14C. Wind was from the WNW at 16 KPH.

We had five riders on the WBG Java Crow Express. They included Marc, Jim, Chris, Scott, and Edward. Jim & Chris went on to do the TCBC Cruisin' The Crow, Marc had his cross bike and went out the Luce Line Trail, and Scott and I came back into the North Loop. Rob and his daughter, Reed joined us in Wayzata.

WBG Ride To All Club Ride - September 3, 2016

 

On the WBG Ride To the All Club Ride we had four riders including Rob, Richard, Katie, and Edward. Susan met us on the way.

Temperature was a cool average of 20C, with 54% humidity and a dew point of 12C. Wind kept picking up all day and was at 29 KPH from the SSE.

WBG Java Jive Crow Express - August 27, 2016

Well the weather did not cooperate today as it was not supposed to rain this morning but did big time!

The temperature average was only 15C with dew point at 14C and humidity at 85%. Only a slight wind from the SE at 6 KPH.

Richard, Chris, David, Onri, Tim R., and Edward rode the WBG Java Jive. Unfortunately both Tim R. and David fell going over some wet railroad tracks on Hennipen Ave. when we detoured from our usual route because of the Minnesota State Fair. Tim R. broke his left wrist and and a small bone in his left hip. Dave has a suffered an AC Joint Separation in his right shoulder but no broken bones. Both are recovering.

Chris, Onri, Richard, Scott, and Edward rode on the WBG Java Crow Express. The TCBC Cruisin' The Crow ride was cancelled since no riders showed up. Edward was leading this ride.

WBG Java Jive Crow Express - August 13, 2016

Another exceptionally delightful Minnesota day! Temperature average at only 22C with a cooling wind from the NW at 16 KPH. Humidity at 95% at the start going down to 48% by the end of the ride. Dew point at 16C.

We had five riders on the WBG Java Jive and 10 on the WBG Java Crow Express. Riders on the Jive included David, Rob, Richard, Tim R., and me. On the Crow Express these five riders were joined by Tom, Marc, Eric, Matt, and Tim B.

WBG Java Jive Crow Express - August 6, 2016

It was the nicest bicycle day of 2016 here in the northlands! Temperature average of only 22C with humidity at 80% at the beginning of the ride and down to 54% by the end. The dew point was 12 C and the nice refreshing cool wind was from the NNW at 5 KPH at the beginning of the day and 16 KPH at the end.

We had 8 riders for the WBG Java Jive and 10 riders for the Java Crow Express. The Java Jive included Rob, Richard, Gordon, Chris, Jerry, David, Tim R., and me.  Except for David we all also did the Java Crow Express and were joined by Tom, Tim B., and Matt. Tim R., Jerry, Tim B., and I did Cruisin the Crow.

Unfortunately Matt fell trying to unclip and bruised the top of his leg. Tim R. was plagued with maintenance issues. He just got his road bike back after some warranty work but had a problem with the chain. He switched into his single speed for the rest of the day and then had tire issues on a brand new back tire.
